DigiLab™
My own personal computer lab project. Using virtualization and routing concepts, this home lab currently runs Windows Server 2019, Windows 11, and Linux Ubuntu. This allows experiementation with advanced technologies and cybersecurity analysis with minimal risks.

Mark has achieved a number of awards and recognition events for his work performance. He has managed to remain consistently in the top 3% nationwide for Customer Experience feedback. During his 13 years at Verizon, Mark acquired a wealth of experience in customer service, technical support, sales, and Operations Support; all relating to advanced mobile network connected devices like 4G/5G routers, phones, smart devices, SMB solutions, and much more.
RetroPie Linux Project
Currently running just over 9,400 arcade and console video game titles from as old as 1978, this personal, ongoing project of mine is powered by Linux-based open source front and back ends to provide an enhanced & highly-1customizable User Interface that is simple, visual, and fun to navigate. Running on custom-built Raspberry Pi 4 hardware, it's plug 'n' play via HDMI, and features full wireless game controllers and keyboards.
PHSC WLAN Site Survey
As part of a college project, I headed a full WLAN deployment project that collected site survey data to create a baseline for a new campus building. This deployment had to allow for significantly increased number of client devices (to accommodate new BYOD policy), and be centrally managed. Full report is available HERE.
Digital Forensics Projects
Conducted several digital forensics projects that included evidence collection, hashing, duplication, and software tools to analyze all meta data on hard drives / RAM to look for clues and/or anomalies that provide unrefutable evidence of misconduct and/or criminal activities.

He's acquired 20+ years of experience from the Wireless Telecom industry (Verizon Wireless, mostly), producing notable results during this tenure in Sales, Tech Support, Customer Service, Management, Inventory Management, and entry level Network Administration. Thriving work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, even where the Customer Experience is paramount is Mark's well-known 'brand.'
Mark has recently achieved some noteworthy college and professional certification milestones to help prepare him for his next career progressions, where he can continue to leave his 'Mark' in greater ways than ever before!
